Faulty Goods

Goods which are deemed faulty should be returned within 28 days of purchase along with all packaging. A note explaining the fault should be included, alternatively please call for guidance. An exchange will then be issued.

Refund Policy

The shopper has the right to cancel or exchange within 7 days of recieving the goods.

To cancel or exchange the order please either telephone or return the goods with a note explaining whether the order is to be cancelled or exchanged. The goods must be in an unused and resaleable condition.

*Please note there may be a charge for Postage and Packing on returned goods.
